Q: How do I place a call?
A: There are several options to choose from:
(1) The best way to reach an advisor is to call our premier psychic network at 1-888-651-1791, if you are an Existing Member Call: 1-888-626-7386. You can also visit our personal listing of gifted psychis on the Our Advisors page, and clicking on an advisor's Click4Advisor button.
(2) Contact an advisor via Keen.com by simply clicking on the call now button on any page on my site.
(3) Calling our associate advisor network at Asknow.com 1-888-369-1899. You can enter the extension of the psychic advisor or the system will chose the 1st available advisor for you, or simply visit our Affiliate Advisors page and chose the advisor of your choice.
Q) How do I know if an advisor is available to speak to me?
Visit the Our Advisors page and check the status Click4Advisor status buttons under the advisors name and Dial-In ID. Or if you know the advisors name, you can call 1-888-626-7386, and after entering in your Dial In ID and Dial In PIN numbers, press the #4, then the number #3 where you will be prompted to enter the first letters of the advisor's name.
Q) How do I request a call back if the advisor is not available when I call?
A) Visit the Our Advisors page and find the psychic that you'd like to submit a call back request with. Then, click on the Click4Avisor button below their name, then, click on the link that says: “Submit a Callback Request.” Fill out and submit your information. If you call an the advisor is not available you will be prompted to leave a call back request. When your advisor becomes available, both your phone and the advisors phone will ring, connecting you to each other.
Q: How much is the call?
A: Most calls are $3.99 per minute, some affiliate advisors can charge more or less.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All credit or debit cards that bear the name of Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Q: How will the charges appear on my credit card?
A: If you use the Keen.com button charges will appear as Keen Pwd by Ingenio. Calls made via the Click4Advisor button are subject to the Click4Advisor User Agreement click here for more information, and are billed as Click4Advisor. Call made through AskNow® and will appear on your credit card statement as "Asknow.com". AskNow® reserves the right to change its pricing and/or billing practices at any time, in its sole discretion.
Q: Is there a minimum call time?
A: No. There is no minimum for all calls but please be advised that to recieve the most beneficial reading possible you should be prepared to give the advisors at least 10 minutes to make a spiritual connection..
Q) What are your hours of operation?
A) The Divine Hierophant has advisors available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
